Finealt Engineering Private Limited is inviting innovative, solution-driven recent graduates to join its 2026 Graduate Trainee Intake in Finance and Internal Audit.
Position: Finance and Internal Audit Graduate Trainee
Key Areas of Exposure
- Financial accounting and reporting
- Internal audit and control systems
- Financial analysis and budgeting
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Cost analysis and financial controls
- Risk assessment and compliance
- Audit planning, documentation and reporting
- Support in identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Internal Auditing, Finance and Accounting, or a related field.
- At least an Upper Second Class degree.
- Must have at least 5 ‘O’ Levels, including Mathematics and English.
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail and professional ethics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Innovative and solution-driven mindset.
